The transition to digital manufacturing has become more important as the quantity and quality of use computer systems in companies increased. It necessary model, simulate analyse all machines, tools, raw materials optimise process. is even better determine best possible solution at stage defining process by using technologies that data from simulations calculate an optimal design before it built. In this paper, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles are applied different scenarios twin models simulation configuration system. results were combined with multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods define a model overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). OEE parameter reliability was identified most influential factor final determination effective economical configuration.
